Getting Start > Invitation > Proactive Invite
 
Proactive Invite
 
 
Step 1:

Select the visitor on the left "Online Visitors" List.

Right click the visitor name and click "Invite"

 
   
Step 2: Input the invitation text on the box and press "Invite".
 
If you would like to save this Greeting Message, press "Add".
   
Step 3: Press "Invite".
   
Result: Visitor's browser will be auto pop up the invitation box.
 
   
   
Remark:
"Invite" -> Use the new greeting message to invite.
"Quick Invite" -> Use the default greeting message to invite.
"Direct Chat" -> Force the visitor's browser to open the chat window directly.
