Getting Start > Operator Configuration > Friendly List
 
Friendly List
To assign the other operators in the Friendly list to enable you view the other operator's conversation.
 
Step 1:

"Option" => "Operator"
 
   
Step 2: Select the operator.
 
   
Step 3: Select the name of operator.
 
   
Step 4: Press "Save".
   
Step 5: Click "Personal Setting " -> "View Friendly Operators"
 
   
Step 6: Select the operator.
 
   
Step 7: Press "Enter".
   
Step 8: The friendly operator will be show in the left operator list.
