Getting Start > Department > Create Department
 
Create Department
 
 
Step 1:

"Option" => "Operator"
 
   
Step 2: Press "Add department" in the "Department Setting" area.
 
   
Step 3: Select the Language of department. You may need to create the department on each language based on your needs.
 
   
Step 4: Input the Department Name.
 

   
Step 5: Then you can select the department for the operator.
   
Step 6: Please note that you will never get any alert if all the operators doesn't selected "General" Department.
  Recommand select the "General" Department and it is cannot be delete.
