1.How to integrate the Live Chat on my website?  |
| You just need to insert the HTML Code on each webpage, then the Live Chat Button will be Auto-Generate in the webpage. The HTML Code can be generated by the Actual Live Admin Console. |
2.What browsers does your chat system support?  |
| Nowadays, our system supports all the main browsers, e.g. IE, Firefox, Oprea, Netscape and so on. |
3.What is the maximum amount of conversations between visitors that the operator console supports?  |
| There is no limitation for that at this moment. |
4.How can our website get your service?  |
| This is a hosted service. You need to pay for the operator license by monthly or yearly. Please click here to get the detail. After got the Website ID and Password, you can download the Admin Console and login it. |
5.Why I can't trace the visitor footprint on my whole website?  |
| You may have to put the HTML Code on everypage. |
6.Can I revise the Actual Live HTML Code for myself?  |
| For the assurance of the reliability, stability and efficiency of the system, we do NOT recommend you to do so. |
7.If I want to customize the Live Chat Button, does that need to add fees?  |
| No, you do not need to add any fees. The Admin Console has the option to input the Live Chat Button image URL. Then you can design your own Live Chat Button and integrate on your web page. |
8.What has happened if the visitor click the Offline Button?  |
| When you logout the Admin Console. Your webpage Live Chat Button will be auto display the Offline Status. If the visitor click the Offline Button, the chat window will be redirect to the Message Box. You can get the offline message alert when you login the Admin Console. |
